Here you can learn and practice your basic skills to improve your game.

Each skill you can practice in your house or around your house but you must ask your parents first.

Email your scores, name and age group to us at juniorclub@bangorhockeyclub.net. If we get enough results we will set up a leader board.

You will need your stick, a ball, and a few markers (you can use cones, shoes or even jumpers)

Click on each skill below and try it..

  • Set another marker 3 stick lengths from the two markers.

Can you push the ball through the markers?

  • Try to get the ball through the gap 10 times.
